摘要:食品加工过程中产生的高温、高湿、高粉尘废气,由于其工况的复杂性、波动性,采用普通的治理工艺无法满足国家现行的高标准排放要求,面对国家环保治理要求和附近居民的投诉,企业的运作和发展面临着巨大的环保压力。本文针对某咖啡加工企业咖啡烘焙废气采用“一级余热回收+二级冷却器+湿式静电除尘器+高压纳秒脉冲放电等离子+碱性洗涤塔”组合净化工艺对废气进行处理,并介绍了其工艺流程、主要设备和处理效果。工程运行结果表明,该治理工艺可确保整个净化系统长期稳定运行,各项污染物指标均满足国家及地方的高标准排放要求。

Study on Purification Technology of Waste Gas from Food Processing

Abstract:Due to the complexity and fluctuation of working conditions, the high temperature, high humidity and high dust waste gas produced in the process of food processing can not meet the current national high standard emission requirements by using ordinary treatment technology. Facing the national environmental protection requirements and the complaints of nearby residents, the operation and development of enterprises are facing enormous environmental protection pressure. In this paper, a combined purification process of “primary waste heat recovery+secondary cooler+wet electrostatic precipitator+high voltage nanosecond pulse discharge plasma+alkaline scrubber”was adopted to treat the waste gas from coffee roasting in a coffee processing enterprise. The process flow, main equipment and treatment effect were introduced. The project operation results show that the treatment process can ensure the long-term stable operation of the whole purification system, and all pollutant indexes meet the national and local high standard emission requirements.
